About Sarita

After more than 30 years as a dentist working in different settings, the NHS, hopsital, community clinics, private practices and managing my own practice I came to a profound realisation: my life was no longer aligned with my well-being and my passions.  Facing both physical and mental challenges caused by burnout, I made the courageous decision to confront these struggles head-on. By addressing deep-rooted trauma, burnout, and the disconnect from my authentic self, I embarked on a journey of transformation. I decided to transform my practice to focus solely on sleep issues, dedicated on diagnosing and treating sleep disorders.

Through radical self-acceptance, nurturing self-love, and softening the relationship I had with myself, I reclaimed my sense of purpose and direction. Choosing to heal and committing to the inner work became a pivotal moment in reshaping my life.

This transformative journey ignited my passion for holistic well-being and led me to another new path as a health and wellness coach, with a special focus on sleep. Pursuing a Master’s degree in Sleep Medicine has allowed me to explore the critical impact of sleep and sleep disorders, especially in the context of modern living and life transitions. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher with a growing interest in Ayurveda, I integrate ancestral wisdom and holistic practices to guide others on their unique journeys to healing and balance.

I feel incredibly privileged to have relocated from my home in the UK to create a fulfilling life in Australia with my soulmate. Together, we are raising three inspiring young women who are blossoming into future leaders. Alongside them—and with the joyful companionship of our lovable Labradoodle—I am embracing this meaningful chapter of life with deep gratitude and purpose.
